This patch addresses incompatibilities with CC 2018’s new endnotes feature.

- Works around problems with CC 2018’s new endnotes feature by disallowing updates and exports that would involve endnotes. We’re working on a permanent solution and hope to provide endnotes compatibility with a future release. (CC 2018 only)
