This patch addresses an incompatibility with Adobe’s InDesign 2026 21.2 release.

Changes
- Works around yet another incompatibility introduced by Adobe with their InDesign 2026 21.2 release that can cause the application to shut down when a hyperlink, cross-reference, or text anchor is inserted.
- Restores compatibility with InDesign 2026’s 21.0, 21.0.1 and 21.0.2 releases (compared with Xtags 2.18.2) while maintaining compatibility with newer InDesign 2026 releases.
- Restores compatibility with InDesign 2024’s 19.0 release while maintaining compatibility with newer InDesign 2024 releases.
