This patch mainly fixes a long-standing link update problem.

Fixes a problem where placing a Word file with WordsFlow’s built-in Word filter and then disabling one of WordsFlow’s Word import preferences (Use WordsFlow when Importing Files with a Normal Place or Import Word Documents with WordsFlow’s Built-In Filter) causes subsequent updates of that link to fail with a “can’t update the link because the import filter isn’t available” message. With this change, updates and relinks of existing links with format “Word Document by WordsFlow” are no longer affected by WordsFlow’s Word settings.
