Keeping in touch

We try to make it easy to stay in touch with us through various channels.

Email to either sales@emsoftware.com or support@emsoftware.com is definitely the right method for specific questions and problems about sales issues or product usage, respectively.

But, otherwise, if you want to keep up with what’s going on with Em Software in general, or specific products, we’ve got several ways to make that easy for you.

Twitter

You can follow us via @emsoftware on Twitter. We’ll tweet product updates, company news, etc. We’ll also use Twitter for odd thoughts expanding on the big news (micro-blogging) and simple back-and-forth with interested folks. We highly recommend it as your first source of news.

Twitter is not the place for going into detail for technical support, but if you have general comments or would like to hit us with a quick question, that might be a good place to do it (either privately or publicly).

If you’d like to receive an email on any news update on our site, please enter your email below and click Subscribe.

Company E-letter

You can also subscribe to a more general company newsletter, which we usually send at most once per quarter, but usually once or twice per year.

(When you purchase a product from us or activate a trial license, you’re automatically signed up for this list. You can opt out anytime using the unsubscribe links in any message you receive.)

News feeds (RSS)

Copy the link on the RSS icon in the title immediately above for a whole-site RSS feed that you can give to your RSS reader.

For an RSS feed for individual products, copy the link on the RSS feed icon after each product’s News section’s headline. For an example, see Follow WordsFlow news.
