Release: Xcatalog 3.5.4 for QuarkXPress 8/9

This patch release of Xcatalog fixes a DD selection problem introduced in the 3.5.3 release.

Fixed a problem where selecting a DD with a file name containing a forward slash would fail with a file-not-found error. (Mac only)
