Release: DocsFlow 2.16 for InDesign CS5–CC2019

This release adds support for just-released InDesign CC 2019 and fixes some minor issues.

Adds support for InDesign CC 2019. The CC 2019 plug-in requires a valid DocsFlow CC 2019-level license. For licenses purchased within the past 9 months (since January 1, 2018, to keep it simple), we’ll be sending automatic upgrade emails as part of Em’s “major upgrade grace period” policy. If your license is older than that, please contact our sales department to purchase an upgrade license.
Fixes a problem where a style mapping preset could have multiple entries due to capitalization and adds a warning before saving over an existing Import Options preset.
Fixes a problem introduced in the 2.15 release that had the Place Google Docs Document dialog ignoring URLs dropped on its list of documents.
