Release: WordsFlow 2.16.2 for InDesign CS6, CC2018-2020

This patch addresses a compatibility issue with Typefi Designer.

Fixes a problem where Export with WordsFlow… could fail with a KeyError message if Typefi Designer is installed.
Fixes a problem introduced in the WordsFlow 2.15.1 release that could, in rare cases, cause a Link Update to fail with a “ParseError (mismatched tag)” message.
Creates a helper file named <filename>.docx.icml if an Export with WordsFlow… happens to fail. Please attach this file to your email when reporting an export failure to Em support.
