Release: WordsFlow 3.9 for InDesign 2021-2023

This release improves Word imports and fixes problems with Unicode and ODT export.

Adds support for importing drop caps from Word documents.
Adds support for “moved” content within Word’s tracked changes.
Restores the Show Options for Export checkbox in the Export with WordsFlow dialog. (InDesign 2023/Windows only)
Fixes merges when relinking from a non-Word file (like RTF or ODT) to a Word file.
Fixes a problem introduced in the 3.8 release that could cause imports or updates with some Unicode characters to fail with a “codec can’t encode character” error.
Fixes a problem introduced in the 3.8 release that broke ODT exports.
Fixes a problem with note spacing within some footnotes and endnotes.
Fixes a problem where exporting with import options containing multiple rules mapping to the same InDesign style could result in a TypeError exception.
