InDesign CC releases update

November 1, 2013 by

Quite a bit of time has slipped by since our last InDesign CC communiqué, and now with November suddenly upon us we wanted take a moment to share our InDesign CC porting progress.

While not as invasive as the ports to CS and CS4, adapting our plug-ins to work with CC has still required many significant changes. But we’ve been working hard for many weeks and have made great progress. In fact, we’ll be announcing WordsFlow for InDesign CC availability momentarily, and the DocsFlow for InDesign CC release will follow right on its heals.

Our data publishing plug-ins — InCatalog, InData, and Xtags — are very nearly complete. We have them up-and-running on Windows and have only a small (but tricky) bit left to do on their Mac OS counterparts. (If you’re Windows-based and can’t wait another day, please contact us; we should be able to accommodate you.) Barring unforeseen difficulties, we hope to be rolling those CC releases out in only another week.

As was stated in our initial announcement, anyone who purchased a CS5/CS5.5/CS6 plug-in license on or after January 1, 2013 is eligible to receive a free upgrade to a CC license. Please contact our sales department to request an upgrade license or to purchase a new license.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your patience and patronage!

Cheers!
