Release: Xtags 2.9.2 for InDesign CS6, CC2018-2020

This patch fixes a problem with the &it tag.

Changes

• Fixes the &it tag to always convert Adobe InDesign Tagged Text special character tags like <0x000A> whether a start tag is present or not. Previously, a special character tag was converted only if the tagged text began with a non-Unicode start tag like <ASCII-MAC>.
