Release: Xdata 8/9.4.3 for QuarkXPress 8/9
This release of Xdata adds support for QuarkXPress 9 to that for QuarkXPress 8, drops support for both QuarkXPress 6 and 7 and includes a couple of minor fixes.
Notes
With this release, the QuarkXPress 9 XTension now requires a valid Xdata 9 serial number. If you have a license for a version of Xdata prior to 9, please contact Em Sales to obtain an upgrade serial number. Em Software’s upgrade policies and free upgrade cut-off dates can be found here.
Older versions of Xdata for QuarkXPress 6/7 can be downloaded from the Xdata 6/7/8.4.2 Release page. While we will no longer fix problems in or add features to these older versions, we will continue to support folks using them.
Changes
- Fixed a problem with the
format()
function where literal hyphens (like those in a social security number) might be ignored. - Fixed an issues with tables where putting a value into a variable could cause the active table to break unnecessarily.
