Release: Xtags 2.11.2 for InDesign CS6, CC2019-2021

This patch fixes a cross-references crash and problems with finding files.

Fixes a problem introduced in the 2.11 release that could prevent Xtags from finding a file relative to the InDesign document’s location.
Fixes a problem introduced in the 2.11 release that was preventing Xtags from finding translation tables.
Fixes a problem that could cause InDesign to shut down if a named anchor dropped with &Ya or &Yp inside a text frame created with &tb or &tbu was referenced by a cross-reference or hyperlink that had been previously created with &Ye or &Yx in the same import’s top-level story.
