Release: Xtags 2.8.4 for InDesign CS5–CC2019

This patch fixes a bug that was producing incorrect picture box tags.
Changes
- Fixes a problem introduced in the 2.8.3 release that was saving picture box tags with incorrect values for common box parameters. Save Text with Xtags… and Copy with Xtags once again produce picture box tags with proper values for the x, y, width, and height parameters.
